Waypoint Kids!
Nursery
Nursery is available on Sunday mornings during the entire worship service. Nursery is designed for children ages 0-4 years, but if your older children would feel more comfortable in nursery due to developmental disabilities, etc, they are welcome to come too! All of our childcare workers are trained and background checked to provide quality and safe care so parents and caregivers can attend worship undistracted.
Kids’ Church
Children ages 4-7 are invited forward to hear a Kids’ Sermon mid-way through the worship service and are then dismissed to either return to their seats or head back for Kids’ Church. In Kids’ Church, children have the opportunity to learn more about the Bible through interactive lessons and activities tailored for them.
Our goal as the Waypoint Kids ministry team is to partner with parents in discipling the next generation. As with Nursery, all of our volunteers and childcare workers in Kids’ Church are trained and background checked.
Kids in Worship
Feel free to keep your kids with you for part or all of the service if you’d prefer. Many of us at Waypoint have little ones too, so we’re very okay with noise and wiggles! There are also activity bags and sermon note pages available for children to help keep them occupied and engaged during the service.
Get Connected
Finding community is hard! We want to create easy on-ramps to get connected at Waypoint. We encourage you to come early before service for coffee and fellowship beginning at 9:30 am.
Join us for “Pastor’s Coffee” right after service, on the first Sunday of each month.
